At Knix Canada, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for most items. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain intimate apparel must be in its original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
